Low softening point optical glass is a kind of environment-friendly optical glass with low softening point. The softening temperature is below 600℃, it can reduce the forming time and prolong the mould life due to the low temperature in glass forming, especially suitable for precision molding.
We provide more than 20 low softening point optical glass products; they are the ideal material for aspherical preform or aspherical optical component.
We supply strips, optical preforms and optical components, etc.
The specifications are shown in the following table:

Notes:The supply forms and dimensions depend on glass type. Please contact us.
Normally the reference annealing rate for low softening point optical glass is 25℃/h. Unless specifically requested, CDGM low softening point optical glass will be delivered in refractive index/Abbe number with a standard test report.
Because of the high cooling rate of precision molding process, actual product nd is less than the sample nd on the product certification (annealing rate:25℃/h). The actual value of nd depends on glass type, precision molding process and geometric shape of products.
We can properly adjust the nd upon request of customers.
Reference annealing rate for low softening point optical glass is 25℃/h, the allowable tolerance of nd and νd are as follows:
nd:±50×10-5
vd:±0.5%
